Ελληνικά Attorney at Law / MA in Art Law and Arts Management / Doctoral Candidate
Evi studied law at the Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master in Art Law and Arts Management from International Hellenic University. Currently she is a Doctoral Candidate in Civil Procedure, International Arbitration and Juris working on the topic of Cultural Arbitration (Democritus University of Thrace).
Evi acts as the Legal Counsel of intellectual creators, art dealers, developers, as well as of domestic companies and start-ups. She was a Lecturer of Commercial Law in ICBS Athens International College. She has worked as a Jurist – Legal Researcher and Advisor, Member of the Legal Department of the Hellenic Copyright Organization, and was responsible for the legal and administrative assistance of the Committee for the Notification of Copyright and Related Rights Infringement on the Internet (ΕDPPI).
She focuses on the areas of civil and commercial/corporate law, with an emphasis in Copyright, Trademarks, Art Law, Consumer Law, e- Commerce matters, Data Protection and Information Technology.
She has published articles in Legal Journals and sites. She has attended seminars on Intellectual Property Law, Personal Data and Civil Law. She is member of the team for the Greek contribution in Dictionnaire comparé du droit du patrimoine culturel.
Evi speaks Greek, English, French, Spanish.
